Become an ENHANCE Mentor in Business Creation & Sustainability
The ENHANCE mentoring programme, coordinated by the Warsaw University of Technology – Innovation Centre, is looking for experienced professionals in business creation and sustainability to support university start-ups across Europe.
Why Become a Mentor?
Mentors will work with start-ups to guide them through three thematic areas. While two areas are elective – tailored to the start-up’s development and needs – sustainability is a core focus for every participating company.

Programme Focus Areas
Our mentoring sessions revolve around three key themes:
- Sustainability: Help start-ups address global challenges aligned with the UN Sustainable Development Goals.
- Idea Validation: Support early-stage ventures in testing ideas and reaching their first real customers.
- Internationalisation: Guide teams on scaling beyond borders and building globally ready businesses.
Programme Details
- Format: One-on-one mentorship with university start-ups (you set the frequency).
- Duration: Late September – November (2 months).
- Platform: Discord.
