ENHANCE promotes the exchange of our ten member universities in the field of research support. We are developing new opportunities for researchers to expand their professional network and benefit from shared infrastructure and support to enable excellence. By connecting research support services, facilities, and expertise, ENHANCE lowers barriers for researchers and creates a seamless environment for collaboration, mobility, and innovation. This integrated approach strengthens institutional capacities, supports researchers at all career stages, and ensures that cutting-edge research can thrive within a truly European framework.

We consider Entrepreneurship to be an important part of our R&I activities and therefore also provide opportunities for founders and those that want to develop their own business ideas. Within ENHANCE we put emphasis on Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation and have developed an ecosystem that underlines a sustainable return of investment (SROI) that makes successful companies.

Finally, as ENHANCE addresses all four missions of our universities, transdisciplinarity is an important part of our work. We engage with municipalities, citizens and civil society organisations too, to ensure what we develop finds relevance in today's society and generates positive impact.
