When did you last talk to someone who really sees things differently?
At ENHANCE, we believe that a stronger Europe starts with people who can listen across difference. The ENHANCE Dialogue Week puts that belief into practice. Register, get matched with someone from another ENHANCE university who holds a different perspective, and have one honest, private conversation. No debate. No pressure. No right answer. Just listening and connecting.

Meet one-to-one – online or in person – whenever suits you both
Why Take Part?
ENHANCE was built on the belief that European universities have a role in shaping a more open, equitable, and connected society. The Dialogue Week is one way we live that out — not in a lecture hall, but in a single honest conversation.
Hear perspectives you wouldn't normally encounter
Practise the kind of respectful, cross-cultural dialogue that defines ENHANCE's approach to education
Contribute to a more inclusive university culture
Strengthen your connection to the wider European ENHANCE community
One hour. A perspective that stays with you.
What It Feels Like
One conversation. Two perspectives. Time to listen.
This is not about winning an argument or changing your mind. It is about understanding how someone else — with a different background, country, or view — sees university life and the world. That kind of understanding is at the heart of what ENHANCE is building.

The Dialogue Concept
The ENHANCE Dialogue Week is inspired by the My Country Talks concept, developed by Zeit Online, which has brought together more than 300,000 people with differing views across Europe. ENHANCE is adapting this proven format for the context of higher education — as part of our broader mission to empower people and break down the barriers between universities and society.
