ENHANCE is developing an ever-growing pool of Trainings that target both university students and staff. Many of our Trainings focus on gender and diversity-related topics in line with our aim to mainstream inclusion, diversity, and equality at all levels in our Alliance. In addition, we provide further offers such as pre-departure seminars for students going abroad, workshops on teamworking skills, and seminars on intercultural cooperation. Another important pillar of our Trainings are our ENHANCE Staff Weeks. These regular offers target explicitly at university staff with the aim to both foster internationalisation among our university administrations as well as to provide peer-to-peer upskilling on relevant topics around higher education administration and teaching.
