Returning from a mobility period often comes with mixed emotions and new perspectives. Things at home may look the same, but you don't.
This interactive online workshop gives you a structured space to reflect on your personal and academic journey, reconnect with fellow ENHANCE returnees, and translate your intercultural experiences into valuable skills for your future studies and career.
It is delivered in two interactive sessions and brings together participants from across the ENHANCE Alliance, fostering peer exchange and continued engagement within the ENHANCE community.
Reflect: Look back on what you learned, what challenged you and how the experience felt, in a guided and supportive setting.
Reconnect: Meet other ENHANCE returnees from across Europe who understand exactly what coming back feels like.
Translate: Turn intercultural experience into skills you can name and use in your future studies and career.
