The ENHANCE International Exchange Hub is a collaborative platform for staff engaged in international mobility and exchange across the ENHANCE Alliance of European universities of technology. It offers a regular forum for professionals to share insights, explore best practices, discuss challenges, and deepen understanding of mobility schemes, regulatory frameworks, and internationalisation strategies.
The Hub brings together colleagues involved in student and staff mobility, international relations, HR, academic support, and career development to strengthen institutional capacity and foster cooperation across the Alliance. Sessions include concise presentations followed by open discussions, and there is also an in-person Staff Week to support deeper exchange and networking
Participation is open to all ENHANCE staff working on internationalisation and mobility. Members are encouraged to contribute presentations, share experiences, and help build a network of internationalisation professionals across Europe.
