We want to congratulate Mariusz Malinowski, Vice Rector for Research at Warsaw University of Technology (WUT), on his apppointment as the CESAER Envoy to the Polish Presidency of the Council of the European Union. This role will cover the Polish Presidency during the first half of 2025.
This appointment not only highlights the exceptional leadership of Warsaw University of Technology, an ENHANCE founding partner, but also strengthens our alliance’s presence in European academic and political dialogues. With his vast experience and dedication, Prof. Malinowski will play a pivotal role in advocating for the priorities of universities of science and technology at the European level during this critical period. His role as envoy comes with a strong mandate to represent CESAER’s vision of academic freedom, excellence in research, and education for a sustainable future.
As a deeply engaged and active member of the ENHANCE Alliance, Prof. Malinowksi’s new appointment further solidifies our community’s influence in shaping EU policies.
