The GREAT Certificate – Basic Track is now open for registration! This blended professional development programme is designed for ENHANCE staff with limited experience in international collaboration. Participants will develop intercultural competence, gain hands-on experience through job shadowing, and expand their professional network within the ENHANCE Alliance.
The programme combines interactive online sessions with a three-day Staff Week at Gdańsk University of Technology (6–8 May 2026). Participants will also engage in a preparatory video call with a cross-border partner to ensure meaningful collaboration during the programme.
Key Dates:
Online sessions: 25 February, 4 March, 22 April 2026
Job shadowing calls: 4 March – 22 April 2026
Staff Week: 6–8 May 2026
The total workload is approximately 40 hours, including online activities, on-site international experience (minimum six hours of job shadowing), and preparation & reflection.
