About the session
“Beyond Access: What Does It Really Take to Create an Inclusive University?” will explore the challenges of accessibility and inclusion in higher education, drawing on Martyn Sibley’s personal and professional experience of driving systemic change across education, business and society.

Practical steps towards creating a more inclusive university environment.

About our Speaker
Living with spinal muscular atrophy and using a powered wheelchair, Martyn Sibley has spent many years promoting accessibility and equal participation. He is the co-founder of organisations and initiatives including Purple Goat, Disability Horizons and Purple Collective.
The event offers an opportunity to reflect on current approaches to inclusion and discuss practical ways to build universities where everyone can participate fully.
