Registration is now open for the ENHANCE GREAT Staff Week, taking place from 6 to 8 May 2026 at Gdańsk University of Technology. The Staff Week welcomes all staff from ENHANCE universities and can be joined independently of the GREAT programme’s hubs and tracks.
Over three days, participants will explore two key themes: Problem Based Learning (PBL) in higher education and the wellbeing of university employees. The Methodological Hub for Teachers will offer advanced PBL workshops led by the Aalborg Centre for Problem Based Learning in Engineering Science and Sustainability (Aalborg PBL Centre), designed for participants with prior experience in PBL. Parallel activities will address employee wellbeing, fostering healthier and more inclusive academic environments.
The programme combines joint wellbeing activities, thematic hub workshops, job shadowing and networking opportunities, and is expected to bring together around 100–150 colleagues from across the ENHANCE Alliance. Participation in the Staff Week is free of charge. Mobility can be supported either through NAWA mobility grants for staff from non‑Polish institutions or through Erasmus+ STT grants via home institutions.
Staff wishing to apply for a NAWA mobility grant are invited to complete the Staff Week registration form by 20 March 2026. Registration for participants funded through Erasmus+ STT is open until 31 March 2026. Detailed information about the GREAT programme, including the Advanced and Guided Tracks and the ENHANCE GREAT Certificate for Employees, is available on the GREAT pages of Gdańsk University of Technology.
