Warsaw University of Technology, as part of the ENHANCE Alliance and with co-financing from the Polish National Agency for Academic Exchange (NAWA), invites current and prospective startup mentors, as well as professionals working with founding teams and in academic entrepreneurship, to participate in a two-day online mentoring workshop.
Dates: 15–16 September 2026
Time: 10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. (CEST)
Format: Online, via MS Teams
Cost: Free of charge
Language: English
Registration deadline: 13 September 2026 (Sunday)
About the workshops
The programme is based on real-life cases and experiences shared directly by startups. Company representatives will discuss the specific challenges they faced as founding teams and as individuals responsible for the development of their startups. Participants will then jointly analyse these situations from a mentoring perspective. This is a practical, case-based format rather than a theoretical one.
This initiative is part of ENHANCE's efforts in Sustainable Entrepreneurship and Innovation, specifically the Business Mentoring Programme.
One Programme, two modules
Tuesday, 15 September: Mentoring Founding Teams in Times of Change
Wednesday, 16 September: Mentoring Leadership and Management Competencies of Startup Founders
Participants may attend both workshops or choose to take part in only one module.
Registration
Registration is required to participate. The number of places is limited, and admission will be granted on a first-come, first-served basis. Please register by 13 September 2026 using the form below.
