A workshop was conducted on an important Work Package on Diversity and Gender Equality. We as Enhance find it important to create an open space for everyone. To make this possible we will need to continue to educate ourselves about these topics. Learning more about each university\’s current structures on this topic will help us identify furthermore to make Enhance more diverse and gender-conscious.
From this workshop, we have been able to generate these goals:
- To ensure that diversity and gender equality are mainstreamed controlled in all Alliance activities.
- To empower underrepresented students and young researchers with fewer opportunities to start a degree in STEM and participate in European mobility.
- To develop training and support resources.
- To foster sensitivity for Gender and Diversity topics, by actively promoting and incentivizing the exploitation of training opportunities.
