This report presents the results of ENHANCERIA partners’ work on sharing best practices and experiences in managing research infrastructures (RIs) within WP6 Task 6.1. It introduces key concepts, provides a glossary of terms, and offers an overview of ENHANCERIA’s research infrastructures, followed by the methodology and findings.
Data was gathered and analysed through workshops, surveys, interviews, and internal discussions, allowing comparison of different management approaches across the consortium. The report identifies a broad set of good practices and recommendations for effective RI management. While not prescribing definitive solutions, these insights provide a solid foundation for efficient management and are broadly applicable to research infrastructures beyond the ENHANCERIA network.
