Research infrastructures (RIs) are essential for advancing science and technology. Within the ENHANCE Alliance, ENHANCERIA universities have joined forces to strengthen the overall RI ecosystem by pooling capabilities and resources. This report presents the work carried out in WP6, building on Task 2.5 from WP2: Building a community of users for strengthening research infrastructures.
The activity involved selecting RIs from each university and mapping the RI ecosystem using a set of key indicators. Data was collected through a survey completed by WP6 working group members, providing insights into capacities, structures, and management practices. The report presents the methodology, tools developed, survey results, and the conclusions drawn, offering a foundation for enhancing collaboration, accessibility, and effective use of research infrastructures across the Alliance.
