The ENHANCE Road Map for Inclusion, Diversity, and Equity (IDE) provides a strategic framework to integrate IDE across ENHANCE’s structures and activities. Led by the Diversity Office and guided by the Ombudsperson, it reframes IDE as an opportunity for positive transformation, recognizing that diverse perspectives strengthen the Alliance.
Aligned with ENHANCE’s mission to drive responsible innovation in higher education, research, and collaboration, the Road Map promotes active outreach, inclusive communication, bottom-up participation, and peer-to-peer engagement. Key initiatives include the Diversity Seed Fund, cross-border mentoring programs, and ambassador initiatives supporting underrepresented groups. Inclusion of marginalized communities is positioned not only as a moral imperative but as a driver of creativity, innovation, and excellence.
The Road Map is relevant to all ENHANCE members at every strategic and operational level, fostering an inclusive Alliance where everyone feels welcome.
